Maya von Mahren is a striking looking 2 year old German Shepherd with a friendly and fun-loving personality. Maya adores the spotlight and being right in the middle of whatever is going on. Affectionate and engaging, she will keep you laughing with her playful antics. This girl knows her "sit" command but has a funny habit of accepting treats only to casually spit them right back out if they don't meet her standards. Out on the leash, she is an enthusiastic walker on the go, but she settles in nicely with timely guidance, and walks well alongside other dogs. In playgroups, she enters with easy confidence, greeting staff and dog pals up close before happily exploring the yard and showing inclinations to play. (She's not for cats.) Our sweet and spirited black beauty will make a loyal, joy-filled companion. Maya flew on a private plane from the Central Valley to the Santa Monica airport to get to our rescue. She is ready for a new chapter of her life.
